About this Role: 
The Talent Management Analyst enables the successful execution of Acceso’s Talent strategy by improving the processes, systems, analytics, and coordination that allow talent programs to scale across countries. 

Initially, this role will focus primarily on Talent Acquisition, helping ensure a high-quality, efficient recruitment process across multiple countries while supporting a period of increased hiring activity. Over time, this role will expand into broader Talent Management initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, learning, talent analytics, organizational development, and other strategic talent programs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Acquisition 
    • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer administration, and onboarding.  
    • Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.  
    • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and reporting. 
  • Talent Programs & Operations 
    • Support the planning, administration, and execution of Talent Management initiatives including: 
      • Performance Management cycles  
      • Learning and development initiatives 
      • Manager tools and resources  
      • Onboarding improvements  
      • Other Talent Management projects as needed 
    • Manage project plans, timelines, communications, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively.  
    • Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and participant experience. 
  • Talent Systems & Analytics 
    • Develop, maintain, and analyze Talent Management dashboards, reports, and workforce metrics.  
    • Monitor data quality and prepare reports that support operational and strategic decision-making.  
    • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis. 
    • Develop, document, standardize, and continuously improve Talent Management processes, workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures.  
    • Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and best practices that improve operational efficiency and scalability. 
  • Team Support 
    • Partner with HR team members, hiring managers, and leaders across multiple countries to support Talent Management initiatives and ensure consistent execution. 
    • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required. 
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Management, or project management roles. 
    • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  
    • Experience with recruitment processes and/or Talent Management programs preferred. 
    • Experience documenting processes, developing templates, or improving workflows preferred. 
    • Demonstrated interest in Talent Management, organizational effectiveness, HR analytics, or process improvement is strongly preferred. 
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data, reports, and dashboards. 
    • Experience working with ATS, HRIS, and other HR systems preferred  
    • Ability to prepare, analyze, and present reports and dashboards to support decision-making 
  • Professional Skills: 
    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and translate data into actionable insights. 
    • Highly organized with strong prioritization, planning, and time management skills.  
    • Curious and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.  
    • Strong written and verbal communication.  
    • Ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams and countries.  
    • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, with occasional periods of higher or lower travel needs. 
  • Language skills:  Working fluency in Spanish and English. French or Haitian Creole a plus.
